TRIPOLI Barrel Cheese is a quality white cheese in brine of high nutritional value. It is produced by the mixture of goat's and cow's milk, which matures in wooden barrels for at least 3 months. Barrel aged maturation characterizes the cheese by its full balanced taste and its traditional production method.
